Learn about our shipping options and how long it will take for your P.O.K. order to arrive.


How do I qualify for free shipping?

• Shipments within the US

Shipping is always free on all orders over US$150 delivered within the contiguous states of the US. To qualify for free shipping, your shopping cart must total US$150 after applied discounts and before fees and taxes.

• Shipments to Canada

Shipping is always free on all orders over US$250 delivered to Canada. To qualify for free shipping, your shopping cart must total US$250 after applied discounts and before fees and taxes are added.

What are the available shipping options and delivery times?

• Shipments within the US

Default delivery of regular P.O.K. orders shipping to the United States are delivered via USPS Priority Mail, which takes an average of 1 to 3 business days. Alternately, we are happy to offer UPS Ground and 3-Day Select services as options. UPS Ground shipments take an average of 2 to 8 business days to be delivered, while express shipping with UPS 3-Day Select takes 3 business days.

Choose your shipping option during check-out. Please note that delays in deliveries, whether caused by the shipper or unforeseeable circumstances such as weather conditions, are beyond P.O.K.'s control and we will not be held responsible for such delays.

• Shipments to Canada

Canadian orders will be delivered via UPS using the UPS Standard service. P.O.K. will ship to Canada on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Duties, taxes and brokerage fees will be calculated during checkout. You will have no fees to pay when your order arrives.

• International Shipments

P.O.K. is not yet able to ship Internationally, but we hope to offer this option in the near future.

Can I change my shipment options after placing an order?

Is my shipment insured?

P.O.K. insures all shipments against loss and theft during transit. By default, P.O.K. may require a signature to show that a shipment has arrived safely. Any damage to merchandise received from P.O.K. should be immediately reported. Please contact care@pokfashion.com or call 1 844 884 5453.

Does P.O.K. require a signature upon delivery?

P.O.K. prefers that all shipments be signed for. Occasionally, shipments may be left at the door at the courier's discretion. Please note that in cases of a missed delivery, a notification from the shipper will be left on the door detailing your options.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed after 2PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing the next business day. Please allow 48 hours or 2 business days for P.O.K. to process your order and prepare your shipment. You will receive a shipment notification email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped; this email will include your UPS or USPS tracking number. Please visit ups.com or usps.com and input your tracking number for updates on the delivery status of your order.

Shipping a gift?

P.O.K. is happy to ship gifts. Please enter the gift recipient's address in the ship-to field. The invoice included with the package will not specify the price of the item(s). Gift wrapping is not yet available but we hope to offer it as an option soon. Please note that due to customs requirements, gifts heading to Canada will specify pricing.
